Anxiety and stress exist along a spectrum of intensity, from a subtle inability to relax to panic attacks.The sensations and feelings they create are unpleasant, can exhaust us and cause difficulty relating to others.
A result of persistent anxiety, is that we become used to its effects and not notice it, until we unexpectedly over-react or it is pointed out.
I can help you develop a practical awareness of anxiety. As we work together to explore the underlying cause and, reduce the anxiety response, it can feel like a weight is being lifted.

- Feeling of dread and apprehension.
The way we respond to stress and anxiety, may have roots in early childhood negative experiences. The issue may be compounded by contributing negative experiences later in life.
